How do i turn OFF the date stamp on my kodak M1063? i've been through the menu several times. help!!

  • Menu
  • Camera Settings
  • Date stamp (logo is like an old fashioned stamp)
  • Choose OFF

If you do not want the date and time stamp on future pictures, turn it off:
  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Use the arrows to:
    1. Select the Setup menu.
    2. Select the Date/Time Stamp feature.

  • Turn the Kodak's dial to "Capture" mode. This brings up the camera display. Press the "Program" button behind the dial.

    Press the "Down" button until "Date Stamp" is highlighted. Press the "OK" or "Set" button to access the date-stamp menu.

    Press the "Down" button to change the selection to "None." This removes the date stamp.

    Press "OK" to save the setting. Press "Program" to return to capture mode.

    Just got a new camera & i cant set the date & time Its a M1063

    Menu: Cam. Settings: Date and Time.

    It also appears automaticly after resetting:
    Reset cam: Take the batt out for longer than 15 sec and reinsert.

    How do I turn on the date stamp feature?feature

    on a Kodak dx6490 - you will need to go into the menu, choose the time stamp icon, then choose whether you want yy/mm/dd, or dd/mm/yy, or mm/dd/yy.
    if you turn off the time stamp , you must choose one of the above options before it will turn on again. hope this helps 8^)
