VTech VT-2568 Answering system

I've misplace my manual. My machine is flashing CL then to O then CL then O I've pulled power and phone line. No difference.Any idea how to eliminate this.

    My vtech phone shows connecting... and there is no dial tone. Can you help

The CS5111-2 isn't an answering machine. If you have a separate answering machine connected to your phone line, consult its documentation. If you're subscribed to a voicemail system offered by your phone company, contact them for information.

I unplugged vtech tel to move to another location-now i have CL flashing and none of the phones have dial tone-how do i fix-thank you very much for your help
The main unit with the answering machine needs to be plugged into and outlet and also plugged into a working phone jack. The other units just plug into an outlet and speak to the main unit wirelessly. Make sure the main unit is plugged into a phone jack.

Need to find a manual for help with the answering machine for the Vtech 5.8GHz---1135A8057350.
According to the manual the VT-2568 operates in the 2.4GHz and 900MHz bands, not the 5.8. You can download/print the manual here:
