    turn onn the mechine press star button of additional function and press 2 then 8 for same time then press star select copier option then function then clear then err then ok restart the mechine it will work

Try to replace the Fuser Film, Bush (if Reqd), and Clean Thermal Sensors. If the problem continues try to reset the Copier from service Mode, If still not resolved, Clear DC Con and let it reboot.
