Have tried to make coffee, message comes up - ground too fine adjust mill and insert water spout and press ok - we press ok but no water is coming out anywhere

unit has calcium build up try running vinegar through it

Step: 1 Switch off your coffee maker. Remove the first brewer unit. Wash it thoroughly under running water.

Step 2: clean the coffee grinder using vaccum cleaner.

Step 3: switch on the Machine !!! Make Coffee

(Note: if you hear loud noises during coffee preparation then please use food graded grease to fix it)

when inserted the water spout if the water is delivered,that means you have an issue with the flow meter and you have to tack it to maintain,
how ever if the message (fill circuit ) turned off after the posses of filling the circuit and when you are trying to brow coffee the message shows, that means the grinder is too fine adjust it and try ones more

17.3 Descale
Over time, the continuous heating up of the water used to make the coffee leads to lime scale building up in
the inner circuits of the appliance.
When the message:
DESCALE
flashes on the display, you should perform the descale cycle.
Proceed as follows:
• make sure the appliance is ready.
• press the P button (the light over the button comes on) then press the button repeatedly until the
appliance displays:
DESCALE No
• Press the button (corresponding to the SET symbol flashing on the display) and the appliance will
display:
DESCALE YES
• Press the OK button to start the descale programme.
• Empty the tank and pour in the contents of one bottle (125 ml) of DURGOL descaler plus one litre of
water.
For subsequent descaling, use descaler of the same type and brand as supplied (available from technical
service centres authorised by the manufacturer).
• attach the water spout to the nozzle;
• place a container with a minimum capacity of 1.5 litres under the hot water spout (Fig. 3);

• press the OK button.Descaler runs off from the hot water spout into the container below.
The appliance displays:
APPLIANCE IN DESCALE
• the descale programme automatically performs a series of run offs and pauses to remove lime scale
deposits from inside the coffee maker.
• After about 30 minutes, the appliance displays:
RINSING FILL TANK
The appliance must now be rinsed through to eliminate residues of descaling solution from inside the appliance.
Proceed as follows:
• empty the water tank, rinse and fill with clean water.
• Reposition the tank.
• Empty the full container and then put it back under the hot water spout.
• Press the OK button. Hot water is run off from the spout into the container below and the appliance displays:
RINSING
• When the water tank is empty, the appliance displays the message:
RINSING COMPLETE PRESS OK
• Press the OK button and refill the water tank with clean water.
• The descale programme is now terminated and the appliance is ready to make coffee again.

1. Insert steam spout and push OK.
   

2. Fill your tank and add descale solution.
   

3. Go to program settings - Descale.
   

4. Follow the prompts on the readout.
   

5. After descale and rise are complete refill your water tank.
   

6. Your system should now work as normal.
   

Note: If you do not have a descale solution, run the above with just water. Remember to descale when you obtain a descale solution.

Hi there coffee person.
Have you tried disconnecting the machine from the power supply. As well as that check if there are enough coffee beans in the bean in the compartment and enough fresh water in the water tank. Not only this but is the compartment with the coffee "tablets" - full or empty. Fill or empty accordingly. Connect to power again, if the machine does not work the only advice have from here is "to clean the machine" as described in the manual or as you are used to.

A grind that is too fine will result in your espresso being too bitter. Rinse between shots because the infuser clogs easily with black espresso muck. Not rinsing will cause the machine to shut down with a message that the "grind is too fine".
Try removing the beans from the hopper and use a vacuum to CLEAR/REMOVE any grounds and then adjust the grinder 4 clicks clockwise. Try turning the grinding regulator 1 click clockwise and see if that works.If not try inserting the water spout press the ok button and then run water a few seconds.
If you remove the water tank too early while it is making coffee it will display that message as well.

Either the grind is too fine and the water cannot go through or the brew unit is blocked.

Try removing the beans from the hopper and use a vacuum to CLEAR/REMOVE any grounds and then adjust the grinder 4 clicks clockwise. If this works Re-adjust grinder to where you get nice crema.

You can try using all ready ground coffee by following the instructions in your manual (if you don't have a manual let me know) to test it.

I got this machine and there was grinding noise but no water coming from the spout or coffee from the dispenser.

Took the back cover off. The big lump in the middle is the water pump. One of the wire connections was hanging off mine. Pushed the connector back on and everything worked fine.
