Could be your fuel,I have to run Kerosene below 32 degrees.Regular diesel gels up and doesn't flow.On the back is a black plastic box with a filter, mine had filled up with carbon.I cleaned it up,put in a new filter and the old girl came back to life.I wish I knew what it was called,it looks like a pump inside.I hope this helped?

Testimonial: "I'll give it a try - the kerosene is old and that may be part of the problem - probably needs the filter cleaned also - thanks"

I have a microwave model # R-308NW. When I press

if when it shuts off clock resets to first plugged in state, sounds as if control panel is being reset by something (failure of part, or power surge) if clock is still ok and maintains correct time , I'll bet if you notice the cooliing fan is not running correctly (by sound it makes) in those two seconds, this will over heat magnetron and shut off on thermal hi temp (safety) if so fan will need to be serviced by a professional

Wont Turn ON

(1) Hit the reset button for 5 seconds.
(2) Hit the reset button, slide down the on/off slide, and have it plugged into the computer at the same time. Hold for 5 seconds.
(3) Hit the reset button again.
(4) Charge it for at least 10 hours in the port in the BACK of your computer.
(5) After 10 hours, unplug the player and press the + volume button. While still holding it, plug the player back in. Keep holding it for 5-50 seconds. (most likely nothing will pop up).
(6) Let the player sit UNPLUGGED for a good 3 hours.
(7) Plug the player back in (it should light up now). Let it charge the usual time it takes to charge for an empty battery, about 6 hours.

Fan running constantly in the house

Check t-stat and make sure fan is set to "Auto", that might be why fan is running all the time, or it could be a fan relay that is stuck closed. It sounds like you A/C is over charged or you have a bad high pressure switch, this was a common problem with this manufacture especially in the heat mode.
