Mitsubishi WS-55513 wont go from 480i t0 1080

Mitsubishi WS-55513 rear projection wont go from 480i t0 1080. Called both manufacturers of my Charter hd cable box and mistubushi. they could not help me.

Tries CBS or NBC channels have HD if displayed 1080i than ur box is working.The shows must say HD or Display 1080i to work HD programming.

U don't get to chose modes.480,720 and 1080 it chose by the tv show itself.Want more 1080 must have HD package from cable or satalite compannies.

Everything has a green tint when upgraded to HD 1080.
