I got problem.. my frens was sent me a msej then i ha dclik it...then immediately...it save in my com..then my antivirus had detect it...but unfortunately..my antivirus had stop guard...i got detect some vrus..but i know dat a virus come from my system32...dats name is lmekond.sys...n the virus is tr/dropper.gen trojant...i want to delete it..but it cant...it has been lock n i need a permission to do it..then...when i turn on my yahoo messenger...its sudenlly like someone was get in my ym..then sent the vrus to others my friends..its make my lappy stuck..then it make itself...when i scan my lappy..there's a few virus..then i cant boot or deleted its...plis...can u help me to solve it..i dont want to format my lappy..help me

That is a malware link, it's not a real message. If you have already clicked on the link and you tried to open it then you got infected with an extremely nasty virus that cannot be removed by normal means. You must immediately reinstall Windows or your personal data will be stolen and you will lose a lot more. If your antivirus or the one from the email address you are using) has detected the threat and blocked it you should be happy, you're saved - delete the message immediately. And tell to all your friends about it, to warn them about this scam.

Then contact them, provide a proof of purchase and they will give you a new activation key. If you're pirating it stop immediately: you have been detected as such. What happens next depends on them - if they report you to the authorities you are in a lot of trouble.

If you have access to another internet connected computer, go to www.malwarebytes.com and download their free Anti-Malware software. Save it to some folder, call it export, for example.
Go to www.atribune.org and download the free ATF cleaner and save it to the same folder.
Go to this link and download Hijack this and save it to the same folder.
Write these three files onto a cd.
Install them onto your computer, and without rebooting, run a scan of your system with MBAM. Fix any problems it detects. Run the ATF cleaner to clean out your temp files and browser cache.
Then see if you can update the MBAM software.
If you can go online, immediately go to windows update and apply all critical and security updates for your system that it offers.
Update your Antivirus software. If you don't have AV, download and install Avira AntiVir free from here, & update the definitions.
Now reboot your computer and run a complete scan with your updated antivirus software. Let it fix any problems it detects.
If you're still having problems, run a scan with Hijack This. Don't fix anything, just save a logfile and report back with the results...
