Pliz remove the cmos bat and keep it for 5 or more minutes dis assemble ur cpu and re assamble it and try, if the problem still occurs then go to the nearest dealer.

I will assume that you have the first on/off switch turned on and the one for the element is not turned on. The machine is saying it is not ready to dispense hot water or steam.

ps3s do not have a white light but the red flashing one at the end means you have a critical hardware failure something has died on the circuit board usually the cpu or gpu cannot be fixed easily if you dont know much bout electrical stuff but it can be done, but first id check if the console is under warranty if so return it for a brand new one
if its the red flashing light on the tower, its the hard drive activity light.
when the monitor goes on stand by, does the tower retain power? (green light on and flashing red light sometimes?) Does your keyboard's scroll lock/num lock/caps lock keys and keyboard lights work?
PS3 has overheated and the thermal compound between the cpu/gpu and
heat sync need to be replaced. the gpu and cpu may need to be reflowed
as well. Had the same problem and fixed mine. The thermal compound was
pretty much gone when i opened up the system. Also dont keep your ps3
on its side leave it flat this will help keep the compound from moving
as much.
This is a problem with the cpu on the systemboard. I've seen this problem many times if the DS Lite is felt to the ground. The contacts of the cpu are very fragile. The DS Lite turns on, green led available, even charche is working bot nothing else. Repair of this problem is almost impossible. The only thing you can do is send it to Nintendo.
You can test if it is the cpu by removing the bottom of the DS Lite and put the battery on te contacts. Press firmly on slot 1 (the aluminium cover) and turn the DS Lite on. If you got a picture on the screens then you know it for sure. The cpu is located under slot 1 and by pressing on de top of the slot you are pressing possible loose contacts back on de systemboard.
If it is not working then the cpu is to musch damaged.
