I forgot my password and they keep telling me that another account is tied to my e-mail

1. Use the "forgot password" link below the sign in spot. They should be able to send you your password in your e-mail.
2. If you changed your email since you signed up for face-book, you might have to sign up again for a new face-book account. When you sign up for facebook, It is tied in with your email, mainly for the recovery of your password.

All sites can help. You not only can recover your password, but even if you forgot the account name, you can ask gmail, to tell you what account you have. That is, if you did setup the account with a recover mail address. Google will ask you what that address is and in their database they find your address. They will sent it to your other a-mail address.

When setting up an account, you choose the account name and a password. If the account name is not used and not offensive the provider can grand you the name and will tell you the account is yours.
Most accounts need a mail address where the provider can send a mail, to test you exist and can send a mail if you tell them you forgot your password.
Make notes of the account name and the password, and what mail address you gave to receive the reset messages in case you forgot your password.
If anyone could tell or guess your password, you have chosen a wrong password.

Only one person is supposed to know your password. If you forgot it, when logging in, on that page is a button, forgot password or something like that. Press the button and you will get an email, on the address you gave the site while setting up your account. Follow the instructions in the mail and everything will be ok in just a few minutes.
I think Google also can tell you what account name you were using if you tell them what mail address you used by registering your google account.

The main thing you have to remember is the sign in. The password you can recover at PSN.com. If you can't remember your e-mail address you used, you will have to make a new account. Everything tying to your old account will be gone, except what you have already installed from your old account.

I think someone keeps changing my password and I am unable to accesss any of my accounts?

Tell your friends who were in the friends list of your old facebook account to look at your profile info for email id. That would be your login mail id. Enter that mail id in 'Forgot password' link and get confirmation code. Paste that as per mail instructions and get new password. Login with that password and mail id you received from friends and enjoy your facebook.

I had this same problem and it took a while to sort out but I did eventually get the account back.

Try emailing yahoo and tell them as much information about the account and about when you stopped going into the account. I was able to tell them about how long it had been and I reminded them the account had no activity since then - I was close enough they resent the account. I did lose all my stored information tho. Sadly they are free accounts and Yahoo doesn't invest much in keep people happy who have them. I use G mail - Google mail is good anywhere and they respond better to problems.

am sure you have forgotten your password, thats means you need to click on the forgot your password in other for them to resend your password to your mail.
