    It's a long story... how I obtained an LG chocolate phone. The owner didn’t want it as she already claimed a new one from her insurance. I tried to use my sim card in it by unlock it (I think) by following the instructions on the forum, but it's asking for NCK code, which I don't know/have. I also think it's now been barred by the network. It’s a shame to let this lovely phone go to waste! Is there anyway I can get round using it?

There are no code generators for LG and you have to use a hardware. Something like that http://www.unlockitnow.com/products/product_info.php?pName=lg-2g-lg-chocolate-kg800-unlock-clip
No other calculator exists for now (LG).

Unlock LG Chocolate
PHONE UNLOCK PROCEDURE

Please follow the instructions below to unlock your LG KG800 handset:

1. Insert a Vodafone Australia working SIM card.

2. Ensure the phone is charged and then switch the phone on.

3. Enter 2945#*7101# while in standby mode

4. Select Menu, then go to Settings > Security > SIM Lock > Network

5. Select Deactivate and enter the 8-digit NCK unlocking code provide for your handset..

6. The handset will be unlocked automatically and will display "Done".

Unlock LG KG800 Chocolate - Pleease help me !!!
Try this method and tell me if it works with you:
To Unlock KG800/LG Chocolate
1. Insert sim from the network that it is locked to.
2. Turn on phone
3. On home Screen, Slide up phone
4. Type 2945#*#
5. ENG. Mode menu should appear
6. Go Down to Factory Reset Select it, may take a few minutes to reset!!!!!
7. This will reset the phone back to before the Phone was locked to a network
8. The phone will automaticaly Restart(Note The Network Logo At start up will not change)
9. Now insert Any simcard(Not tested with 3 sims)and the phone should turn on normaly
10. The phone is now unlocked and you can customise the setting as you like
