If you have songs on it than i dont know what the problem is. maybe you dropped it and mixed up the wires in it.maybe it is working fine just the screen is broken

You can't use the printer if the software is not installed, you can only copy with it directly from the scaner but you can't do anything with a computer when the software is not installed.

I need help!
I just plugged mine into the computer and had to select windows media player, but then it basically downloaded anything it needed without me having to do anything else. Have you tried just plugging it in and seeing if it works?
