The watch is self winding and it just stopped working .I think the hairspring is broken or has been disrupted
Yes I do. Don't try to fix your watch.
My watch maker friends have told me that generally speaking, the reason most self wind mechanical watches stop is: (1) they need cleaning or (2) the screw that holds counter weight in the watch (that actually does the winding) comes unscrewed. He said most of the watches that have been worked on by the customer have lost the screw.
My advice remains have your watch looked at professionally.

so ... doyou have watch maker tools? do you have a replacement spring? Take it to the watchmaker and have it fixed.
