Someone I know has the above mp3 player and before they download files, it shows error during or before the file transfer. It has occured with all the files they tried to transfer to this mp3 player. Does it need to be reformatted? If so how is it done?
When I try to load songs onto the Shift MP# video player, it loads only a short portion of the song. I get no errors but when I attempt to play the tune, it only plays the first few seconds of the song.
OK you first get..go to my computer and find you Innvage...Ex: Removable disk (k:) it should look something like that...open your itunes and drag and drop the songs(don't try to convert them it wont work...that's when all the idiots get on line and say this thing is a piece of crap....i hoped that worked because that is how i did it on mine..i bought mine from a friend for 4 bucks and that was a little obvious to me because i have a psp and that is how u get music on it to if that does not work E-mail me at [email protected] and i will see if i could give you a more detailed explanation. :)
The shift3 cant use mp4 that you get when you download off of itune. you have to copy the song or video to a cd or try to find a mp4 to mp3 converter on the internet if you use itunes if not i dont know what to tell ya.

i downloaded music videos off of spiralfrog straight 2 windows media player and then tryed to put them in the shift video converter to convert them so hat there can b on my 1 gig shift mp3 video player. but i just get errors on everything
