    Hi,

    My problem is, whenever I try to automatically install the software drivers that came with my w700i CD, in order to be communicating with my internet connected PC, a window will come up with the display, "this disk or device contains more than one type of content. What do you want Windows to do?" And it will display different tasks to be executed of which the software drivers installation is not among. What can I do to install the software drivers in order to be exchanging information between my w700i phone and my PC?

From previous problems, i have found the PC Suite used with the W710i works just the same. here is the link for the PC Suite.

Hi a2004r2003
There are two methods for installing w700 driver:
1) If you have the cd that came with your phone, then insert it into your cd drive and       connect your phone to your computer or laptop.Now if you dont want to install that     pc suite then dont install but you can install the driver.The driver installation box         will automatically open and now click the next button and it will automatically           search your cd rom and it will install your driver and your phone is ready to use.

2)If you dont have the cd then you can download the driver from internet.For that        please go to :
W700i USB Driver
But to download the driver, you must register or log in.
