I think that you mean "needle plate cover". If so, internet search for sewing machine parts companies. or simply internet search for euro-pro 9106 needle plate cover.

Check your needle position and your threading of your machine sometimes these work read your manual get a magnifying glass a part may need replaced.

I have had problems with this too. But you can get them from Euro Pro about $10.00

You need to check to see that there is a small hook going through the eye of the needle when you use the threader. A flashlight or bright light will help. So will a magnifying glass. If it isn't, then no amount of trying will help.
If it goes through the eye, you need to see that your thread hooks into it so that the thread can be pulled through.
