My joystick, music button, and volume button stuck.
My joystick, music button, and volum button was stuck in the same time...i canot use volume button to increase music volume, and use music button as a shortcut..

Not that I can think of... Sounds like the volume down button is either stuck or broken. Push down on the volume down button, does it "click". If not, it might be stuck, try getting a razor blade and pull up on the volume button GENTLY. If you pull it up and still no click when pushing down, than the button is broken in my opinion.
Look for the button panel. It may be on the side or on the bottom of the screen. You will find channel up and down buttons as well as volume up and down buttons.
Volume button stuck in. Try and free the button as it may be jammed. It may need to be taken apart to loosen the up volume button. First try prying it up externally but be careful not to break anything in the process.
In the playing music mode, press the center button one time and then hit either the button to the right to raise the volume or the button to the left to lower the volume.If you hold down the center button it gives you other options.
