Setting wrist remote controller

I have lost the instructions on how to set my wrist remote controller to be able to change the channels on my tv with my watch. My television is a Symphonic Brand. Can anyone help please.

Select with the midle left key the tv or video whatever you whant to setup, then you have to hold for 3 sec that same key again, the screen with the time will change to a selecttion of numbers, press power and the number will change, that means ist trying diferent codes to turn off the tv or video. (important the tv or video must be on durrin this process, so when it turns if that is the right code) when found, just clik the lower left key. enjoy.
