Follow the instructions on p.12 of the following pdf:
http://www.geberit.com.au/web/appl/au/wcmsau.nsf/files/usr-pdf-Geberit_Outlet%20Valves.pdf/$file/Geberit_Outlet%20Valves.pdf
Basically, push down the 'full-flush' (big) side of the flush button and look at the side of the remaining (small) side of the button. There is a little slot that allows you to pull the small button out. You can then pull out the big side of the button which exposes a screw that allows you to pull the lid off.
Hope that helps.

How do I get to the Pozzi Ginori Cistern that has no no lid

Funny system. You usually have a large access panel of access from a tank room behind. Removal would be opposite of installation.

Contac any hardware store for these parts, bring the old parts with you so they can match them up, ACE or Orchard are good choices to go to.

My Kohler cistern (Kohler Code 1764A-0) overflows down the overflow pipe. The float on the inlet valve (Kohler Part 6248) seems to stick and won't turn off the water flow. If I remove the lid and lift...

Cut the water off (just to keep from wasting water), remove the float and see if water has leaked into the float so that it became too heavy to rise with the water and turn the water off.
Everything else works because you can lift the float and shut off the water. The valve could be sticking in which case, replace or remove and lube with a bit plumber's silicon.

I have a Kohler cistern, on the back of the lid it has the following marking:JACOB DELAFON BE 1082. It is currently overfilling and I need to replace a little rubber washer which I presume is under the...

you can try to remove it or you can go to a plumber supply shop and get a new level controller
faster easier and gives another 10 years of service
you may have to remove the unit from the cistern to get enough force applied to turn the cap so the job is half done anyway

How do you get the lid of the cistern?

Dear i_mckie224,

Most toilets you will find that the cistern lid should lift off without the need to remove any screws, nuts or bolts. some on the otherhand, such as the Dudley Elite, sometimes has a screw on the top of the cistern that you need to turn in order to remove the lid, but generically, as said, they should either lift or slide off. If you can provide me with more details about the toilet itself, then I will be able to assist you in finding the answer

Yours sincerely

I need a cistern lid for k-11465-0 white, please advise price

You will find it hard to find a tank lid by it's self. You can go through Kohler and get the part and it will run some where around 60 bucks you might get lucking on eBay.
