Wiimotes stopped working right

I've had my wiimotes (2) for about 2 years and around a few months ago they stopped working right unless i hit them or something and then they can stop working at any time after they actuly start working right

How are they not working right? If it is that they go all over the screen, the receptor may not be positioned right or you may not be. If it just doesnt work at all, I guess you would have to buy new ones.
