The model number you noted in your question is not valid. It is the zip code for salem indiana. if you go to www.childcraftllc.com , customer service, crib assembly instructions you can click on find the model number or verify model number and it will tell you where to look. my experience says is that if you have an older model, look for the stamped numbers near a window with good natural light.
I have a similiar one. I Thought model # was 47167-0444 but it is not, nor it is 01700-7-89, this is the zip code for Salem, IN. I finally went to child craft website and it told me to look under one of the panel rails and look and the bottom rail, it is stamped with black ink and you should have 14-15 numbers. My crib # is 14281-13-436-1189 , I am also missing all the hardware and went online and found the instructions. Now I need to know if this one is a recalled crib. It is described as a double drop-sided rail crib.

and type the model number in under "crib assembly instructions"
If you dont know the model number you might want to just browse the products and select one that looks similar to what you have and download those instructions.
