Only prints partial pages on certain pdf files. Had a tech tellus memory must be bad??? Where is the memory even located to replace?

Sir bad idea to replace with partial one. Replace with OEM cart Brand New machine counts how many prints for several different parts in the machine when it reaches certain counts on certain part it wants NEW stuff.

Can you save your document to PDF and try to print it again? Sometimes there is 'corrupt' postscript information in your file, and when you make a PDF first, it will be solved. If you do not want to make a PDF first, try to print your document page by page. It also could be a memory problem. That sometimes will be solved by shutting down your printer, wait a minute than switch it on again. So, you can try these three things:
1: Shut down your printer, wait a minute switch it on again, than try to print your document
2: Print your document page by page
3: Make a pdf of your document first, than print the pdf

This is a difficult problem to troubleshoot.Could also be bad memory or bad EIO device.

Yes it matters some times, try a word file of 20 pages or more

there are a good few possibilities... your cheapest route is to call a local service tech... anything I tell you is going to cost you more... call him and see what he says... but I am leaning towards bad ram best case and worst case a blown main board...

Could be defective memory module. Try taking the RAM back out. You can get replacement RAM from Crucial. You can make your N into a DP by switching the NVRAM chip (or the complete main board).

With PDF and some other files types there can be partial compression of some of the page elements. The way the printer caches the jobs can use considerably more memory then the just the document size on your hard drive. The printer only comes with 16MB of RAM, I would add a 256MB DIMM and expand the memory.

It sounds like it is a printer memory issue. That printer comes with just 64MB of memory and PDF files are complicated for most printers. Try printing a few pages at a time for that PDF file and see if that works. If so than it is a memory issue.
