I bought Nokia 7373 on ebay, not unlocked, my mistake! So after a lot of searching I found [email protected], PIN and PUK numbers usually come into play if you enter something the phone doesn't like, so I suggest you email them they charge £3.99, they need to know IMEI code and provider model and make, seems to me you have those, then £3.99 credit card or paypal and they unlock. If they cannot do this they refund your money. I discovered Nokia 7373 needs BB5 cable, but it may be different for you. Good luck

You can not unlock these phones using codes from the net, you only have 3 attempts to enter the code... The only way to get the correct code is from your original network (Virgin)

You can also unlock the phone from most decent phone shops, it requires hardware to be connected to the phone, can not be done for free over the internet.

Hi becky i can help you but the problem is if you have entered the wrong code more than 5 times then the only way too unlock it is by using flash lead and unlocking software and equipment witch would cost more than the phone new ok.
If you want your master code then i need your imei number its located on back if phone under the battery and looks like 1234/1234/`1234567 its 15 numbers long ok i need this as every phone has a different master code based on the imei number so if you want this code then let me know ok speak soon
