P0700 its a transmission codefrom what i understand while the 1391 is a crank postion sensor. the P0700 comes up when the neutral safety switch starts to fail, but the crank postion sensor...to get that error code, means you timing could be off..have you replaced a timing belt lately, if so, it might be a couple of teeth out, that might do it. i would check the sensor too though
0700 is a "transmission control system malfunction". The entire 0700 series of codes deals with transmission trouble codes in more detail so the 0700 won't tell you much unless one or more of the other codes also were set.
I'm having the same problems actually. Mine started with the transmission line popping off and spilling all of my fluid on the highway. Fun times and long story heh...anyhow, I believe that there is a special code reader for the p-0700 issues.
Does your car make a high pitched "eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee" sound when you turn your key on, without the engine started?
