I cant pair my samsung wep460 to my htc touch.the phone cant search my bluetooth

switch on both bluetooths search for devices on your phone you will get wep460 click connect it will connect...

Turn on your bluetooth headset. On your mobile, turn on bluetooth and search for bluetooth devices. When your bluetooth headset is detected, select it and it will be "paired"with your phone and whenever the headset is turned on all audio output(such as call, music etc.,) can be heard through the headset.

Turn Bluetooth on by going to Start Screen>All Applications>Settings>Bluetooth.
Once the Bluetooth has been turned on it will then be in both the searching and discoverable mode.

The device will return a list of devices it found during its search. Touch on the item that you want to connect to, enter a pass code, confirm the pass code on the other device and the pairing will be complete.

Try to put your headset in pairing mode, prior to trying to pair it with your phone. If it has never been paired with another device defore, just by turning it on, it should enter that mode, denoted by its indicator light being steadily lit in blue. Otherwise, turn your headset off. Then, press and hold the Muiti-Function Button for far more seconds than the time required to turn it on, until its indicator light is steadily lit in blue. Then, within the next couple of minutes, bring your phone and headset close to each other, and make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a little while, your headset should appear on-screen. Select it and make your phone connect to it. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passcode) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset should enter the stand-by mode. There should be an indication on your phone too, that the pairing process has been successful. Otherwise, turn you headset off and repeat the pairing process all over again.

You cannot pair samsung bluetooth device with other mobile brands. for pairing and mobile with bluetooth device you need an universal bluetooth.

TO HEAR MUSIC ALSO YOU HAVE TO PAIR THE DEVICES. GO TO THE VISIBILITY OR BLUETOOTH OPTIONS AND CONNECT THE PHONE AND THE DEVICE TO HEAR MUSIC. OR ELSE THERE WILL BE PROBLEM IN THAT DEVICE. IF THERE TRY TO CHANGE IT. THANK YOU

go to the menu on your phone select manage connections set up bluetooth then you'll see search listen, etc. position on search don't press yet
get your ear piece ready: press the on button and hold it until you see a solid blue light (not blinking but solid) if it blinks try again until you get a solid blue light (it takes about 5-8 seconds) when that happens go to your phone and press search it will look for devices (it may find several) look for your earpiece model and select it
it will ask for a code or passkey, type 0000. Then it's going to ask if you want to bond or pair click yes and it will connect
check on the connection manager again and your bluetooth should be on and connected.

If you have lost the pairing on your phone with the headset follow these simple steps below:
• Setting the headset into pairing mode
1) Ensure the headset is fully charged
2) The headset must be switch off
3) Press and hold the on button for +- 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue
4) The headset is now in pairing mode
• Searching for the headset on the phone
1) Go to “settings” or “connections”
2) Select Bluetooth, then options
3) Select Devices and click add
4) The phone should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found
5) Select the Parrot device and click add
6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’, but try '1234' again if that doesn't work
7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds.
8) If it’s a Samsung or Nokia phone you will need to “AUTHORIZE” headset on the device.
• The headset is now paired with the phone
