My keurig brewer Model B40 gives me only hot water , I inspected K-cup for proper puncture and its fine ,eaglepa what do U think is wrong?

The seal is too thin. Install a faucet washer on the top needle above the factory seal. Remove the factory seal (slides off the needle). Install the faucet washer and replace the factory seal. My machine leaked all over until I did this. Works Great!
