Frigidaire 2006 double oven top oven wont turn off

I have a frigidaire double oven that is less than 2 years old p/n 318201514 it is a 30" wide stainless steel electric. After christmas dinner cooking all day at 400 degrees, the top oven shuts off on the display but the next morning the fan was running and it was about 150 degrees inside. Now the only way to keep it from getting hot and turning itself on we must turn it off at the breaker. We are still able to cook anything we want, and whatever temp, but we are tired of killing it at the breaker box. What parts do I need?? I am frustrated because its a $2k oven and is just out of warranty help!!!

I have a Frigidaire Caprice double oven, 45 years old, the inner glass panel on the top oven door has shattered. I am not having any luck with finding replacement glass, any ideas?

take a profile of the glass shape (cut out the shape from cardboard) and go to a glass supply shop ( glass windows , doors , shower screens etc)
they should be able to cut and then temper the glass to make it heat proof for the door
if they cannot temper it they should be able to tell you where you can get it done

F43 error on Frigidaire Wall Ovn?

The code F43 means - The cooling fan speed, as read by the tachometer input of the EOC-display board, is abnormally too slow. when the cooker is on can you feel the fan is on through the upper vent? If not then the fan is the problem if you can then the fan sensor is the problem!

Frigidair double oven electrical problems

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand you are having electrical problems with your Frigidaire double oven, model# GLEB30T8A. I also see that this is the third time you have had a repairman out to reconnect exposed wires in your 2 and a half year old appliance. I suggest contacting the manufacturer directly. They might have some advice or might be able to point you in the right direction to having your double oven repaired for good. Hope this is helpful.

EW30EW65SS Stainless Steel smells like burning electrical

Hello purrpplee - If the smell is coming out of the oven vent, more than likely it is something inside the oven that is creating the odor. Also, keep in mind that new cooking products can create a burning electrical odor when the bake and broil cycles are used as any residual coating or film on the oven liner and elements burns off. However, if odor increases consult a professional for an accurate diagnosis.

Good Afternoon Friend,

I see that your Frigidaire double oven, model# PLEB30T8CCB, is having trouble with the top oven not heating.

I suggest giving your double oven a hard reset by cutting the power at the circuit breaker for at least 2-3 minutes.

After restoring power you will need to reset the clock. You will do this by entering in the time and pressing start.

Turn the oven on to heat up, and if it does not, I suggest either contacting the manufacturer or contacting your local authorized technician to diagnose your appliance. Hope this helps.

-Best Regards-

Loud noise from Baumatic B905 oven whilst cooking and after.

not that familiar with the brand but in other case have fourn the board to be engaging the self clean. not a good sign. and for this model i would think very costly. wishful thinking says the oven temp sensor but i think you have a fauly board. get the same thing with alot of frigidaire ranges.
