you must have press the lestion button from your remote press it again.

Replace the RCA component video cable.Should work after that,not yes the cable box.Should reboot the cable box buy unplug,replug it an hour later or call the cable company for the replacement box.

U can buy an original remote at website 1-800-Remotes Factory original.

The universal remotes are never that great anyway. Even if you find a universal remote for the TV, 90% of the time you can't control the menu options and other settings. It's best to have the remote made for the TV.

I know a few good web sites for remotes at a good price.
