They have books on ALL vehicles.
it covers wiring diagrams, electrical diagrams,
fuse diagram, torque specs, PCV, error codes, fault codes, service info, repair info, parts info, owner's/service/repair/parts/maintenance manuals etc everything totally..
I have 1987 toyota 4runner model and I keep servicing and when needed repair it on my own. worth it !!!

chec fuses--there are some in engine area too--the main switch or the convenience module could have issues--get a repair manual or library has an auto section

Why won't the windshield washer motor and fluid pump work on my 2005 Magnum SE? Turn signals work fine, but no washers. #18 fuse is good, too. Please help

could be the washer motor. have someone hit the switch while you listen at the pump to see if it is making noise. also check to see if you have voltage at pump. it could be stuck or corroded.

How do you know its a bad relay if you dont know where it is?

Here's a link to the owners manual free download. Simply put year and model in and it will bring up your manual.

Fuse block information begins on page 307 and ends on page 312

If you look in your owners manual it will show all fuse locations and what each fuse feeds
