Just because your installer skipped town, it is unlikely JACUZZI or the store you purchased the unit from is going to leave you high and dry. Try the retail outlet and if that won't work try JACUZZI direct for a warranty claim. Either way, you should be able to get the job completed without trying to tackle it yourself and possibly void future warranty coverage.
