17 inch durabrand tv code please
I seem to be the only person on the net with the 3 digit Durabrand universal remote code which works for 13' and up Durabrand TV's and TV/DVD TV/VCR combos. The culprit is 3 digit code 189 for a Funai and Emerson. I only know this because I have like 4 of these TV's haha.

On the Durabrand 13" TV remote code; first check your remote brand online. Oneforall brand has these codes listed: 0003, 0171, 0178, 0180, 0463, and 1034. Got nothing with the 189 and (being an extremely tenacious nana), went surfing. 0463 worked on ours.

0189 worked for me :) the remote lied to me big time first it told me my code was 0171 and then 0193. thank goodness i kept trying all the codes people had written on here. i have had this remote for months now and have not been able to use it because i couldn't figure out the darn code. thanks :)

For durabrand model bh2403d code 220 works a little with my rca converter box ,will turn set on and and off ,lower the volume and bring up the menue screen.
Emerson code 234 worked for my 13" model
I have a Dish Network 6.3 remote that I used code 720 for a Durabrand 13 inch TV MODEL # DU1301A. http://www.dishnetwork.com/support/documents/receivers/default.aspx for programming procedures.
0463 worked after trying about 50 different codes
Omg ive been online for over a hour looking for codes i have a durabrand tv and jensen remote jr400 the code that worked was 0171 hope it helps good luck its a pain trying to find codes.
Can this be done with a DCT remote like a Shaw remote that is a universal remote? If so what is the button combination?
Almost everyone who owns a Durabrand Television would like the television codes so they can program it into their cable remote control. Please post the codes somewhere.

It might help to find out what company made your Durabrand(walmart) tv. Try the codes listed under their name. Model numbers starting with DTV or DU are Orion, BH Haier, IWT or DWT Funai.

our tv is locked up... we have a blue screen and a lock in the lower left corner... a tv repair man said we need the original remote to unlock the tv... we have tried everything.. we were using a 3 in 1 remote and someone pushed a button and then it locked ...any suggestions on what we can do

I have a Durabrand DU1301A TV in our bedroom. Both remotes, one which came the set and the other an aftermarket device do not operate the TV, We have changed batteries to no success. Please advise
