I cannot get my bluetooth working on my laptop i press the butto but it comes up with a red cross and cannot find the blue tooth icon anywhere or pair it with my phone

On the F-keys at the top row of your laptop's keyboard, you may see a bluetooth symbol, or a "wireless" tower or "waves" type symbol. If you jave this key, hold down the Fn key (lower left corner of the keyboard) and then try different actions with this "wireless" key. Click it and see if a menu comes up or a bluetooth symbol appears or if different lights around the laptop go on and off.

You need to connect a wired usb mouse first and try pairing the bluetooth mouse again with your system by going to the control panel and opening your bluetooth device manager. Click add a device and press the connect button underneath your mouse. System should be able to detect your mouse. If that failed, try replacing the batteries with fresh ones.

goto start and type bluetooth in search...if bluetooth drivers are installed ull get some icons like bluetooth, bluetooth devices etc.....try clickin bluetooth devices.....n u can try to connect with ur mobile.....if it doesnt show anythin u may have to install bluetooth drivers....hope this helps...

This laptop is blue tooth capable, but has no internal blue tooth adapter.

You will ether have to call acer and see if their help desk can answer your questions, or purchase a USB blue tooth adapter

it should have a button on your machine. locate it on the side and switch it on.

try updating the drivers and go into the settings on system ,device drivers , also look under control panel and see if the bluetooth has been disabled u can also see this under device drivers section.

Does it have blue tooth? Click "Start", "Connect to", "Blue Tooth", If that does not work, go to "Control Panel", then it should be there somewhere...

go into control pannel, blue tooth devices look through the fomats and if you have bloue tooth it will show up. set up and go. is it 6920G its there

for iphone : set your phone to scan for wireless device

the hold the big button on the blue tooth once it flashes blue DO NOT LET GO! keep holding it till it flashs red and blue red and blue then let go and it should find it instantly then press on the BK-600 word and enter the 0000 code and you should be all set.

you need to disable your laptop.
The blue tooth connection is close to headphone jack, but you need to open the uppercase to connect your blue tooth.
Basicly you need the bluetooth and bluetooth cable.
Once you open the uppercase, you can see the internal microphone connection. the bluetooth connection is on the other side (motherboard).
