Contact your provider and have them reset the password. Give them your number and FULL name. After that, just reset your voicemail and make a new one. Once you DO make a new voicemail password! :D

dial 611 and say manage my account and type in or say your account password and then wait for the options one of them is reset voicemail password and it should reset your voicemail password.
