SIM card rejected

is your phone a network phone such as Virgin , O2 , 3 network or one of the others if so the your sim will never work .

This means you may need a new sim card, or there is something wrong with the slot you put the sim card into. Take the phone in to T-mobile and have them check it for you. You may just need a new sim card. Worst case, your phone is failing/failed.

Go to service provider office and get the New Sim Card dummmy Sim at same number.

Hi. If your SIM is under postpaid plan, telcos usually activate the SIM within 24hours. If your SIM is prepaid, you may have to call the vendor and ask for replacement. SIM with "registration unsuccessful or rejected" is either not yet activated or expired. If you get "Invalid SIM" that means either the phone is locked to other network or the SIM is not active. Since your phone and SIM are new, it is more likely that your SIM is not yet activated. Please call your vendor if SIM is still rejected after 24hr period. Thanks.

If you enter the PIN code three times incorrectly one message will be shown "ENTER PUK" Then if you again enter the puk 10 times incorrectly"SIM REJECTED"
After these your sim-card will be completely damage.
Therefore, just throw away the old Sim and get new one.

You need to do some testing first.

Put your sim card on another phone (should be unlocked or the same provider) and see it it works.

Put another sim card on your phone (should be the same provider sim) and see if it works.

From there you can check where the problem lies.

SIM card rejected means the SIM card has failed, it needs to be replaced.
