I Can't get the INSIGNIA to get off the FM Radio?

Leave it and let it die...
recharge it and use!!!!

t happens to me all the time!!!!!

Try unplugging the battery (you have to pry off the rubber piece above the letter "G" in insignia, then unscrew the screw under it, then carefuly pull up the battery cover, disconnect the little white wiring connector. Let it set with the batter detached for a few minutes, then reconnect.

It has no sound when playing the files but sounds great on fm mode
if you can hear sound while playing fm mode, then there is no problem with your earphones. so you can try to format your insignia mp3 player. this should solve your issue.

Preset radio
In the settings menu, expand the FM radio menu and the second option is "Preset Delete". Push that and a list of all the presets comes up. Then select the ones you want to delete.

RBDS saved list?
when at radio, to save RSDS push down the rating button. after that plug your player to the computer. Then go to my computer at desktop and click on insignia player and find it some where(the file name is RSBS INFO and it is a notepad file.)
