Is the new video card compatible with your motherboard? If it is , can you try connecting your monitor VGA Cable from your video card properly?

And also if you are using a PCI Video Card you should try to install it to another slot if theres an instance that a PCI Slot doesnt work.

Sounds like its the video output from your computer. Try installing a new video card.

I HAVE A MSI RX480 NEO2 MOTHERBOARD IN MY COMPUTER NOT VERY OLD AND IM GETTING NO SIGNAL GHANGED GRAPICS CARD STILL NO SIGNAL

Check the monitor input, it must match the video card output Eg. VGA or DVI,
Try a different video cable.
If the video input is correct then try a different monitor to see if the monitor is faulty

The monitor has no input signal, tried another monitor and had the same result

This could be an issue of a video card gone bad. I have experienced the same issue firsthand. This could also mean that no RAM is installed. If you have been using this computer previously, the second option is probably not even an option.

If you have another computer available, please try plugging the monitor in to that machine to test. If it works, your Video Card is more than likely toast.

But not to worry, you should be able to find a new card for that machine. I believe it will be a PCI Video Card, which may run you anywhere from $20-$100 depending on what you purchase. Please consult with eMachines before ordering a new card. Some will not work with your machine.

I hope this helps you out. Have a great day and please don't hesitate to ask any further questions regarding this issue.

Monitor shows VGA no input signal DVI no input signal then monito going to sleep

This sounds like a video card driver issue or the card it self. Make sure all cables are plugged in snug. Once done try to boot in to safe mode by restarting the computer and while it is starting keep on tapping key F8 and choose safe mode. If this works it is driver issue. If nothing happens it is the card it self. Might have to take it to a authorized repair shop. Hope this helps.

My tower wont turn off and monitor says no input signal and keyboard doesnt work

Do you have two video outputs on your PC ie. one on the motherboard adn a separately installed card maybe? If you do you need to set the BIOS so that it uses the AGP/PCIE video card and not the 'onboard'. Try the onbopard vodeo card first to see if you get a signal there.

If you do NOT have two video outputs, and you can not see a signal then you may have a prblem wiht your monitor itself. Is this a known working monitor to start with?

Sounds like your video card is bad. You will need to purchase a new one. On some machines there is 2 video connectors -like 1 on the motherboard and 1 other mounted in a slot just verify that you have tried both connectors if you have them before buying a new card.

NOTE: Usually the slot mounted video card will over-ride the motherboard video by default.

Good Luck!

EMachine stopped displaying video (card not working, just mobo)

Hi there

I would say it's the graphics card that's failed. You might get the same beeps for faulty card as removed card....

Take it to a shop where they can test a compatible card, before they sell you one or install one for you.
