i have same problem but my sound not coming another all driver will be work download acer 4520 driver its work in this lapi but sound will be not coming if u have sound driver send me thx

Unfortunately, that company isn't too nice about providing software or drivers for their products so good luck finding the drivers free(try craigslist) otherwise if you're willing to pay for it there's certain software that'll work just google the terms Rio Cali and software.

The double sound means that Device failed to connect. Check that your Rio is charged, working and that it is functional. Try connecting it to another Port in your Computer. Good Luck
