My third one. Love the machines, but in less than one year for each, it is broken. My last one started leaking water all over the counter. I returned it to Williams Sonoma. Not sure what to do.

E75 leaks water right front when cleaning or brewing

Finally emailed capresso customer service and complained.  someone called me back and arranged to have machine sent for repair under warranty.  still don't know exactly what the problem was but was told by a local repairman that capresso only supplies parts to their contracted dealers.

I have the same leaking problem. Have the machine a little over 2 years.

I noticed water leaking a few months ago, on and off, sometimes a whole puddle, at times a little bit. It does that even when the machine is turned off. For a machine that's 1k, I do not expect this kind of quality.

Was told to send it in for repair at $ is that fair?

I have this same problem. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one and it wasn't something that I did to it.

I've changed almost all the tubes and gaskets.
It still leaks a lot of water from inside the machine after brewing.

If leaking water from right front when brewing, cleaning or steam then the possible problem is the feed tube from the pressure pump this is mounted with a small o-ring and either the pipe is fractured or the o-ring has perished.

Does the water leak out before or after the brew? Can you leave water in it without starting a brew cycle, or does that leak as well?

Saeco Vienna machine...after brewing a couple of cups of coffee, water leaks from somewhere and comes out underneath the front grilled tray and onto the counter. Can I do the repair with the proper parts?

Depending on your ability to do some technical and minutious manual work, unmounting and remounting the machine is feasable.

Concerning the leaking, what I've seen most is a leak from the seal under the water tank. Any leaks coming form there would occur even though no coffee would be dispensed. (i.e: Idle mode)

If leak is ONLY occurring when brewing cofee, I would check the following:

1- Check if the water inlet on the back of the brew unit is filled with residue (the inlet looks like the end of a smoke pipe)

2-Open the machine, take out the interior, and verify the water tubes coming in and out of the boiler. They both should be sealed with 2 small o-rings. After time, o-ring tend to expand under heat and may start to leak.

Hope this helps

My Saeco Vienna Deluxe has water leaking out from somewhere underneath - clear water.

There are so many places to check, but lets check the small chamber under the white plastic valve, which sits behind the brew unit, clean out the chamber of coffee grounds. If that is not the cause then, you will have to open the machine to find the leak.

My saeco vienna water is leaking out from somewhere underneath

If it is coffee colored water, then remove the brew unit and look under the white plastic valve in the machine, you will notice a small chamber, clean chamber of coffee grounds and make sure the little discharge to the draintray is also clear. Insert brew unit and check machine.

It leaks at the drain outlet behind the brew group...overflows into the tray and leaks horribly from underneath unit

The drain in the back of the machine is plugged with coffee residue. There is a pocket below the injection tube ( the one with the 2 o-rings on it) that is filled with coffee residue that needs to be cleaned out. When its clean and you put water in the pocket it should come out the drain hole into the drip tray. The pocket is where the brew unit relieves the pressure when it is done brewing. That is why you get coffee residue in the pocket.

Liquid leak while Vienna runs...but where from?

You may have a cracked coil inside the boiler and cracked nut of the coil going up to the wiring lug. Check it out, it will be a hair thin crack, almost invisible.

Water leaking into machine

it's possible, like mine with the same problem, that one or more of the plastic feet under the water tank has broken, then making the tank move and upsetting the valve underneath. My one always leaks clean water, never dirty and I have a broken foot.
