Go to Citizens web site and they have talking manuals that guide you through the process. Just used the service a week ago for a Skyhawk I bought online and it was great.

I was unable to find the model you quoted but their web site is quite helpful in showing how to identify you watch. Go to the Citzen web site (www.citizenwatch.com) Select your area. At the top right of the screen are a number of options, choose "technical support" and then "instructions". Enter the information the need to identify your model ("click here" on the screen to show illustration). Download the result.
