Hello sir, i got a real craze in playing this fifa series and i am playing from fifa 05 onwards.I got this fifa 08 last year and i am able to play this smoothly for past 1 year.Now last week i have to format my whole computer due to some virus attack issues and i reinstalled fifa 08 .Problem is that now when i am trying to load the game application will be closed and the computer automatically restarts.Please fix this problem?

Disc, may be damage, or have a scratch, check these, or test in another computer, to see if start up!

How do I play FIFA 08 without inserting the CD
Just copy the content of fifa 08 cd in a folder and then mount the folder using daemon tool, this will create a virtual cd drive that will act as an illusion.

First make sure the correct cd is in the drive alot of times these sports games come with 2 disks.

There may be 2 reasons..

1. Installation problem.. Try uninstalling the game and reinstall again..

2. Your game require a graphic card. make sure your pc is having one. and make sure your pc meet all the minimum requirements to play the fifa 08 game..

Here are the minimum system requirements for running FIFA 08:

Operating Systems: Windows XP SP2, Windows 2000 SP4 or Windows Vista (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME and Windows NT 4.0 are not supported)
Processor: 1.3 GHz
RAM: 512 MB
Video Card: DirectX 9.0c Compatible 3D accelerated 64 MB video card or equivalent . Here’s the list of supported chipsets

a lot of PC games need the CD in to run. leave the CDrom in the drive when starting to play.

On fifa 08 for PSP the default setting is set to

Erase the save file you have and do it all over it again. It should tell you when you first play the (no save data) game waht level you want to play in.

so to the setting, then the last option,
set resolution to 640*480
and youre done good :)
