Hi,what to need:

Usb cable and the drivers to install the usb cable.
Or Pc suite.(software112.com/products/motorola-pc-suite.html)Use this link to download the PC suite.

Before you connect the usb cable,install the drivers first before connecting usb cable.

After installing the drivers,connect the cable to phone before connecting to the PC.
You can access the messages from the Pc suite and you can copy out the messages through the Pc suite.

First of, you need a connecting device such as usb cable or a bluetooth ready computer. you need a PC suite installed in your computer. If you don't have the PC suite yet you can download it online, Click here for the PC Suite

If the PC suite is already installed you are ready to sync you phone with your PC. If it is already sync/connected you can now access the phone's memory card via PC Suite and copy the .jar application to the Java folder onto your memory card. After copying, disconnect the phone and the computer. Now, on your phone go to your memorycard contents and if you see the application installer that you copied there you can now hit ok to install it, if the phone asked you where to install choose memory card not the phone.

first install se pc suite the click "How to connect" and follow onscreen instruction. DO NOT connect your phone untill you are asked to do so...good luck.

It could be old version. Go to www.sonyericsson.com and download the latest version. DON'T connect your phone until installation finish. When PC Suite installed click on How to Connect and follow on screen instruction. Also is goo to remove battery from the phone before connecting.

just try to install a fresh copy of pc suite or else try to download an advanced copy of pc suite available in sonyericsson site

You have two options. The easiest is to use a usb card reader. Just remove the memory card in the phone and put in on the card reader then plug it on the computer. Then copy the music files from the computer to the proper directory in the memory card.

Second option. If you have the data cable for your phone, download the PC Suite for K800 in this link.

Install and run the program. It will give you instructions on how to plug in your phone in the computer.
