Start it up in Safe Mode by pressing F8 as it boots up. Normally that will repair the corrupt file. When fully loaded press start and close the laptop.

use the system restore option or download a program called system rescue and run that or format HD. The system rescue program will erase everything and require re-installation of windows. System restore will bring back to original settings.

It might be a software issue but it also be a hardware issue..especially memory error.
You need to reinstall your OS if can't restore using safemode & system restore. Or can't open windows anymore.
If you have another space harddisk install OS there: install antivirus & antispyware. copy files your files & format the drive. SOLVE
