hi, its possible your phone is Mal-functioning. it could be two things causing this..try to delete some applications downloaded on the phone by you so as to create more space for you...after which you restore your phone to factory settings.
Also, you could scan your phone for anti-virus.

you need to format your phone but you may lose all your memory details. To format your phone hold the following keys{* button, green/call button, 3 button and the power off button}. Holding these keys will format your button.

try *+3+green key+power together un-till formatting appear on the screen

You should detached quickly its battery first. It is to prevent further damage to your unit. And dont try to power it on. Then bring your unit to a cellphone shop to have it dry and clean it for you, they will sometime automatically charge for water damage repair.

For minor damage only battery pack will get damaged. Luckily only cleaning and drying will get it running.

you have to do the manual format.press *, 3,call button and now switch on the handset .keep pressing for few seconds upto the message comes "FORMATTING" then release the fingers .but you will loss the data.try this

Got to "Settings", then to "phone"... If you select Automatic" it will use the language that's in your SIM card. If you change either "phone language" or "phone writting", the change will effect everything in your phone if that's what you want to do. You need to re-start your phone after the change. you will also need an over lay for the keypad. Good luck
