Camera wont record sound

I understand that you're not getting sound on the recorded videos when playing it in the Camera itself. Unfortunately, due to the bad design, the Camera does not have a built in speaker to generate sound when playing videos. It is required to connect the Camera to a TV or transfer the recorded videos to a Computer to hear the audio on the videos. This is common for Sony DSC S Series Cameras.

DSC-S930 does not have inbuilt speaker to give you sound in playback mode. You need to transfer movie clip in computer to get sound in plaback with media player etc.

Your unit is still under manufacturer warranty. I would suggest to have it repaired through a authorized Sony repair center under the warranty CLICK HERE for support for your camera. Good Luck! : )

my sony cyber shot have e91.01 problem

I'm sorry, this camera does not have the Speaker to playback the audio. However, the audio will recorded and can be played back when transferred to the computer or when connected to the TV. Check the Manual page # 28 to confirm this information.

Sony DSC-S700 can record voice in video clips but you can listen sound of clip by exporting it to computer and playback there.
Camera has no built-in speaker to playback sound.
