go to control panel and click on sound icon. there you will see speaker and microphone properties check on microphone voice level. if it is very low or mute other party cant listen to ur voice so increase it a bit little. this can solve ur problem
then next and again next and then next again and in the end click on finish.
Now double click in system tray on voice or sound icon (Speaker).
Click on option and choose properties and then click on microphone box if this box is uncheck and if already check then click on OK. Now see the list and look at microphone if it is already check now uncheck it.
Use your microphone you can hear your sound or vice properly now.
mohiddinpate, can you check the specifications of the modem you are using is Full-duplex? This is required for 2-way communicatrions. And if it is Full-duplex, check that this is enabled in it's settings.
not sure which windows system you are using but u can go to the right lower corner of the screen and you will see the speaker icon double click on it and then go to options select recording option and hit ok
at that point you will see different equalizers and there is a check box under each of them (sometimes the check box say mute or select) start changing the check boxes until you get input.
by default the playback of your voice is muted. next to your clock theres the sound speaker icon click on it, you should see microphone somewhere there, if you dont press settings from the toolbar and then properties
then on the playback make sure there is a X on microphone.
then click ok, now check is the microphone muted? unmute it and speak to the microphone you should hear your own voice played back instantly from the speakers.
