When i turn my ds on with my r4 in it says couldnt find ds_menu_data

if you accidentally deleted the menu for the R4 menu try to reseat the card cartriage if that does not work you need to copy or install the system again

did you delete the _system_ folder or the .DAT files on the computer?

i couldnt find it either..

unrar it, copy to root of sd card, create a folder called roms and copy roms inside.

remember to copy these same files from the rar to all sd card you will use.
the r4 don't have the system inside it, the system file need tobe in the sd.

you have to download the nessesary files for the r4 chip to work

plug your usb for r4 in (with the adaptor) . go to "My Computer" , select "Removable Desk (F:)" .

when you do, look for _DS_MENU.DAT, if you cant find it, thats the reason for your R4 not working. if you found it, but your r4 is still not working, you've lost some systems for the R4, such as DS MSHL etc.

if you have, i advise you buy a new adaptor.

You need another program to run from an R4 Search google for "DS hacks".

GO ONTO R4 WEB SITE DOWNLOAD LATEST FIRMWARE PUT ON TO SD CARD,THERE IS SYSTEM,MOONSHL,DS MENU DAT,DS MSHL NDS THEN IT SHOULD BE OK.
