Good day,
If your talking fahrenheit, that is well within it's limitations.
Why would you want it any colder. -5 is fine. 0 to 4 is considered normal.
R134A runs at -15 degrees. It is considered normal for the box (any box) to run 10 degrees higher than the refrigerant.
When R12 (freon) was used it ran at -21 degrees, and could maintain a box at -10, but those days are long gone.
That is plenty cold enough to handle the fresh food section, and in fact is normal.
Understand all cooling for your machine is created in the freezer. The fridge side is just a storage area that gets some cool air from the freezer.
So your problem is circulating air from the freezer to the fresh food section.
1. Check to see if the fan motor in the freezer is running. If not, remove the back panel in the freezer and check. It's a nuts and bolts replacement.
2. Frost build up on the back panel of the freezer. If so, and it's a common problem, see the tutorial below.
3. Either supply opening at the top or bottom of the 2 sections has iced over and must be defrosted.
4. Less common but make sure the lights go off when the fridge door closes. If not, replace light switch.
Please note the model number you gave is incorrect or incomplete. It's on a placard usually embossed on the inside walls of the fridge or freezer compartment.

O.K. are we talking fahrenheit or Celcius. I'm confused, since no U.S. product can hit -20 degrees.
