If i deside to replace the part myself what part do i order and where is the cheapest

i replace screens for a living, its a little fiddly but if you are mechanically minded and methodical you should be ok. look on youtube, there are loads of video's how to do it. do not just buy a replacement digitizer, buy a complete unit (digitizer, lcd and frame) you need a lot of practice and the right equiptment to remove just the digitizer because they are bonded to the lcd and are easily damaged. i'm in the uk and i use a company called partek. if you buy from ebay please do not buy the cheapest screen you can find, they will last about 3 months then fail. type in iphone 4s genuine lcd. thatway you will get a good quality unit.

The best way to obtain the cheapest spare parts for your unit is to firstly contact the authorised repair agent, as they may have a spare LCD screen there, or at the worst, be able to order one in cheaper than what a non-authorised repair agent would be.

try replace the cheapest part first.( vater valve). you only need 2 components to make ice. water valve and ice maker.is simple and easy water valve located in the bottom part of the unit. remove the kick plate. left side. and color blue. ice maker inside the freezer. (DISCONECT POWER BEFORE SERVICE. ALSO TURN WATER SUPPLY OFF.) try main box , garage. and water meter outside your house. good luck

the screen is pretty easy to fit but expensive to buy. the cheapest way is if you could pick up a faulty player on something like ebay and take the screen from it to fix yours

yes you can the are a bit expensive but i have found the cheapest in ebay.

you can google sears appliance parts and order it from them I found them to be the cheapest for parts .they come out of canada. The error codes are mostly right and you probaly can do it yourself.
