Full colour it stays full colour all the times ,if you try to reduce or add it just shows it is doing on on screen display but its just faking ,its un change,full colour all the time ,rest all fantastic-tv is just lovely

the fake Desktops, AIO, sure. fake means , made from non standardized parts. and more painful to fix. for sure. you must be in UK saying Torch, we yanks use electric flash lights, LOL. no , no prevention on failing PCs all fail. and often, a fact. fact 2 is PC made in 2009 so is 10 years old what fails on 10 year old PCs. sure, CCFL lamps if this old.
back lamps die NOW. 2nd HDD failure. 3th, PSU failures. its inside on this puppy. i just looked at your parts lists and shows it has a Inverter card, for CCLF back lamps and it fails 1% and the tubes 99% now the tubes inside can last 5 years (10hr/day)

OR 10 YEARS, (JUST LIKE YOURS IS) THE CURE IS RETIRE THIS PIG AND GET ANY PC WITH LED BACK LAMPS, 2010 OR NEWER. ANSWERING , me for PC turns on, all fans inside working and the heat radiator not packed in lint as all are this old and overheating. the screen is dead,(black) and with torch pointed ad the dead screen you see Data now. that is hard proof the black lamps are dead the only cures are: new backlamps new inverter.

Your video card has failed. In a laptop it's not possible to change it on your own. You would have to take it in for repair.

try un-installing the software, then re-boot and reinstalling the software again and full install it and then restart your PC

Try plugging in an external monitor and see how the display shows on it. If the display is ok on the external then your LCD Screen is going bad. If it shows the same colors on the external monitor then your video graphics card has issues.

Hey dude, I had this problem and found a solution on another website. Basically, I had either changed the display settings on my tv, or it had done it by itself or my new ps3 had done it or whatever, but to fix it I went into the TV menu, went to display options, on my tv it has something entitled 'Colour system' I changed that to PAL-60 and I now have colour, just to give you an idea of whether you have the same problem, try setting your x-box display to pal-50 and see if that shows colour (if it's easier to do), if it does then try then solution above! Hope it helps!

2. Software reload may also solve the problem if LCD is OK.

Did you install the monitor driver? It sounds like you did not. 75Hz refresh is high, try reducing it to 60Hz at least long enough to get your settings fixed.
