I Have a Gem Sound EVA3955 amp an TR-150 subs sub stop wroking

Everything was connected correctly while playing the subs quit playing tweeters and mid range continued playing. Amp works fine speakers are connected inside and have a single white box running to connection and speakers. It has 20W62RJ on it. Looks like some kind of crossover or signal separator could this be the problem that would cause the sub not to work but the mid and highs work. Or is it possible for both subs to blow at same time.

Yes and Yes. If bypassing that noise filter, has no effect your subs could have blown.

Sub system won't play can't find in settings amo hooked up to subs yet still nothin help plz

Is the amp switching on? There are two 12v wires that have to be connected. One from a direct constant 12v supply source, and the other one from the ignition switch 12v source.Find a single 12v. supply which you can take from the lighter connection and then trace a 12v wire that runs from your ignition switch. This is mentioned in the amp manual.Double check. If the amp is coming on but no sound, then your wire connections from the amp are not correct.Or you have also connected the speaker wires incorrectly.Remmember not to connect the earth of the speaker wires to the direct earth(body of the car) but to the earth wires that are shown in the manual as this could blow the amp power IC. The earth wires of the speakers are marked -- and + respectfully and are also colour coded. You should have a RCA female plug connector from your amp to the subs. Check everything double and if still no luck their is a possibility that you could have blown an IC in the amp from wrongly connected wires. Hope this is not the case.

If all speakers except some of the super tweeters in my gem sound tr-150 cabinet aren't working, could it be the crossover network that they appear to be all wired to, is no good, or do you think all...

Did you actually mean "all speakers... AREN'T working" except some tweeters? Crossovers don't protect the woofers. If crossover die all speakers they protect go silent due to loss of signal. Excess volume or distortion kills speakers and not always linearly.

If you said it wrong and some tweeters work, I'd suspect the latter above...

You (or we) could guess or you could take out one tweeter at a time and swap it with a (presumed) working one or just emasure it for dead short or open with an ohmmeter. If the tweeters check out and work elsewhere the problem would likely be within the cabinet.

Is the gem sounds tr-150 build with an internal amp?

No, these are passive speakers that need to be driven by a power amplifier

I have Exa 3955 amp and TR-150 subs mid range and tweeter works subwoofers stop playing both

Open the sub box, and check to make sure the sub wires didn't become disconnected. You should need only a screwdriver.

KAC-9102d no sound, Amp powers on but no sound to the subs.

If the sub isn't working, you won't get a pop. All you need is a small speaker. Don't need a sub, you just want to test the sound. I recently blew 2 subs, no smoke, no smell, no sign of being blown. Absolutely nothing from the subs.... In the past my sub locked up. You can take your sub out of the box and hook the + and - to the battery to see if you can get the sub to pop there. I believe a small box will push a sub into a deep excursion to the center of the cone. I have 2 lanzar VW12D's that just quit. I hooked a 6 x 9 up to my amp and low and behold I had sound! Try that and see what you get...

Gem Sound clipping problem

First of all the EXA-3940 is rated at 350watts per channel in to 8 ohms. The 1400 watts is bridged into a 4 ohm load. Second, the speakers can handle 1000Wats peak with an average of 600 continuous (i'm guessing). That tells me that the amp is underpowered for the speakers. The sensitivity of the amp is such that the mixer is overdriving the input stage. That is what is causing the clipping. If you are looking for more volume, you are probably better off purchasing another amp and running them in bridge mode, 1 per speaker cab. Be careful though, not to overdrive the speaker cabinets either.

Car sound system. only sub is giving off sound. other 4 speakers dont work at all

Could be bad outputs from the back of your head unit or also could be bad rca cables. Make sure the amp is on and powered.
