What is the best way to: Firstly turn a picture blaack and white but then restore the color to parts of the image ie say a picture of a bride holding a bouquet she is black and white but you want the flowers in color what would be the best way to do this? Using Photo Explosion Deluxe Version 3

This tv have a colors wheel design in it.The tv make loud grinding motor noises or pictures flashes or freeze and pictures turn in black&white with sound.The tv colors wheel it is dying or worn out already.Don't tries to change the tv colors wheel ur self.If u don't any mechanical skills,because the colors wheel it sit way back of the tv,must take out many mechanical parts before even can come to the tv colors wheel itself to replace it.Best to hire a tv tech. to change the colors wheel,so no problems for tv funstions for later or damages more parts on the tv set,if u install the new colors wheel in the tv wrong way.

That flashing is the part of the image that is overexposed. See camera manual. Meter off a neutral part of the image.

well i can suggest a very simple solution for problem. Follow the video to create a sepia http://video.about.com/graphicssoft/Sepia-tone-look-in-photoshop.htm
after that merge all the layers. Now add the original picture in you work and place it at the back of the Sepia Layer. Carefully erase the flower in the Sepia Layer and as you do this the flower from the original picture will show its original colors.
